Services Terms and Conditions

By using the services of Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic, you agree to the following terms:

At Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic, we take pride in providing superior rug care and exceptional results. Our deep knowledge of Oriental, Persian, and other types of rugs—combined with careful workmanship and professionalism—ensures the highest standard of service.

SERVICE & LIMITATIONS:

While we strive for the best results, certain limitations apply. Due to the wide range of rug fibers, dyes, origins, and conditions (including prior wear, fading, or damage), we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. All rugs are treated to the best of our professional ability.

We are not liable for damage, inconsistency, or discoloration beyond the value of the cleaning or service fee charged. All rugs are serviced at the owner’s risk, with no warranties expressed or implied. By leaving rugs with us, you agree to waive any legal claims related to services performed.

Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic is not responsible for burglary, theft, loss, misplacement, or fire affecting rugs while in our possession, in transit, or at any drop-off/pick-up location. Rugs are left and serviced entirely at the owner’s risk. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own insurance coverage.

STORAGE & ABANDOMENT

Once cleaning is complete, we will notify the client. Rugs not collected within 20 days will incur a $1 per day storage fee. Rugs not collected within 60 days may be sold or donated to recover or stop ongoing storage costs.

PAYMENT

Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Full payment must be made upon pickup or delivery of rug(s) by the client or their authorized representative.

DISCLAIMER

All rug(s) are handled and serviced at the owner’s risk.

Results cannot be guaranteed due to variations in rug fibers, dyes, weaves, and pre-existing conditions.

Our processes are labor-intensive and applied equally to all rugs regardless of market value. Some rugs may not justify the cost of service.

Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic, including its employees, drivers, and facilities, is not liable for burglary, theft, loss, misplacement, fire, or other events beyond our control, whether at our facility, in transit, or at any partner location.

Drop-off and pickup locations are independent businesses used only for customer convenience. They are not affiliates or agents of Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic. Rugs left at these locations remain the customer’s responsibility until received at our main service facility.
