Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic did a wonderful job on our 14′ x 19′ area rug. We bought a rug on the internet and when it arrived we discovered that it had a fringe on the shorter edges that we didn’t want. A friend helped me take the fringe off and I discovered that the fringe wasn’t just decorative, it also was the binding. I made some phone calls and was fortunate to find Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic. They were competitively priced and also offered pick up and delivery service that was not available from other providers. In a matter of days, they picked up the rug and bound the edge with a threading that matched the other edges perfectly and returned the area rug to my home where they placed it for us as well. I really was impressed with their friendly and professional service and cannot imagine how it could have been any better. Definitely exceeded expectations!!
