We just picked up our 9′ x 12′ Tabriz, hand knotted, wool area rug and are extremely pleased with the cleaning and first rate customer service! Our rug had several pet stains and urine odor from our elderly dog. We had tried unsuccessfully on two different occasions to have it cleaned, but could always still smell an odor. We were at the point where we thought we might just have to throw it away. We found an Ad for Oriental Rug & Carpet Clinic online and decided to try once more before giving up on it, so happy we did! They were able to get out all the stains and there is no odor at all! Not only did they do an excellent job cleaning the rug, the communication and customer service was excellent as well!
