Book a pickup or drop off
Schedule a pickup at your home, leave your rug at a drop-off point, or ship it to us.
Get your work order
Once your rug is logged in, you receive a work order by email with the services, estimated completion date and pricing.
We care for your rug
Your rug is inspected, then cleaned or repaired. Completion time depends on our wash queue and any treatments or repairs the rug needs.
Pick up or home delivery
We tell you when your rug is ready. Pick it up where you dropped it off, or ask for a different location or home delivery.
Payment is due when your services are complete and your rug is ready. You can pay at the location where you dropped it off, or online with the payment link in your work order email. Want the details? Read our pickup and delivery guide.

We also accept rugs shipped to us from farther away, from nearby states and from anywhere in the US.

Leave your rug at a drop-off point near you. We take it to our service center, clean or repair it, and bring it back to the same place.
