- You will recieve a confirmation text shortly. If you did not provide your mobile number, no worries. Once your rug(s) are logged in the system you will receive a work order e-mail detailing the services, estimated completion date and pricing.
- You will also be notified once all services are completed and when your rug(s) is ready for pick up. The completion date is dependent on the current wash queue as well as the treatments/repairs that may be requiered for the rug.
- You will pick up the rug at the same location you dropped it off, unless you request a different pick-up location or home delivery.
- Payment is due upon completion of the services, when you rug is ready for pick up. You will be able to pay at the location you dropped off at, addtionally you have the option to pay online using the payment link sent in your initial work order email.
