How our pricing works

Simple rates, no surprises.

Every rug is priced by its size and material. The wash is complete: there is no cheaper “surface clean” and no upsell once the rug is in the shop.

Complete Wash

Wool, silk, cotton, viscose and jute, or polypropylene, nylon and polyester. Every wash includes:

  • Dusting to shake out the dry grit
  • Full submersion wash
  • Enzyme wash for pet stains and odor, included
  • Color stabilizer so dyes stay put
  • Deodorize and disinfect, then controlled drying

About the complete wash

Repairs & Fabrication

Hand repair is priced by the linear foot of edge, machine finishes by the foot of binding. Know your feet? The estimator above totals a machine finish for you; otherwise we measure the rug when we see it.

Repairs are priced once we have the rug in hand, because no two are alike. A full restoration always starts with a wash. Bring the rug to a drop-off point or book an in-home visit and we will quote it on the spot.

Is the estimate the final price?

For a wash on a rug in normal condition, yes: size and material set the price. Anything marked with an asterisk, such as moth or mold work and all repairs, is confirmed once we have inspected the rug. We tell you before any extra work starts.

How do I measure my rug?

Measure the pile from edge to edge in feet, not counting the fringe. Round to the nearest half foot. If the rug is a circle or an oval, use its widest points.

Is pickup and delivery included?

Pickup and delivery are quoted separately by distance; many Denver and Austin addresses qualify for free pickup with a wash. Drop-off at any of our locations is always free.

Do you charge extra for pet stains?

No. The enzyme wash that removes pet urine, stains and odor is part of every complete wash. Mention the pets when you book so we can pre-treat the affected areas.
